The Irish Settler takes on a more traditional style gable roof with a robust exterior standing seam steel and cedar. Inside you will find opposing benches that encourage connection and conversation.

High Quality Foundation
Each sauna sits on top of an insulated aluminum base.
Heaters
Electric options from Iki 9kw wall or pillar manual start and Iki 9kw wall or pillar Wi-Fi. Wood fired options Iki Mini + and Kuuma Bluflame Small.
Drainage
Timber uses a unique technique in each aluminum base for ease of cleaning and excess water to drain out.
Exterior Sconces
Two exterior sconces on either side of front facing window.
Awning
Above door awning is an optional add on.
ADA Compliant Option
The Irish Settler can be modified into an ADA compliant sauna. There are currently two ADA saunas; one located in Boston (pictured below) and one in Lansing, Michigan at Timber’s Fire & Ice sauna village. There is a 5’ diameter clear of obstructions that allows for an 180 degree turn around, 36” wide door, wall mount stove to maximize space and a lower bench for easy transitions.

There is an extra $2,500 charge on top of the regular cost of the Irish Settler. The total cost varies depending on which siding and roofline is chosen.
